Do you have a difficult time getting your family to eat vegetables?

Well, if you do here is a little secret that I use.  When you are making meat balls chop up vegetables to add to them.  Your children won't even notice! (Note: You may have to chop them up VERY small.)

  1. I love this idea, and I'm going to try it. I've had a few other people tell me about it but I've never tried it with meat products. What kind of vegetables do you think you could put in a meatloaf and them not notice?

  2. Carrots are an easy one. Spinach, if it is ground up enough. Almost any veggie that doesn't have an over powering taste and the meat ball is still 70% meat. For instance NOT BEATS. I found out this week, it is next to impossible to hide beats.
