These were really fun to make.  Bryan and I got out the finger paints and went crazy!

Holidays

It's fall!  My favorite season.  The air turning cold, the nights getting longer, and all of the holidays coming up.  Of course this also means, cold and flu season.  I love holidays and traditions and I find it difficult at times to steer away from SUGAR this time of the year.  But it is important to remember that: if you have a feaver, it indicates infection, and what feeds infection?  SUGAR.  I am not saying that you should stay away from it all together (unless you are already sick) but, rein it in a bit.  So, during this holiday season I am dedicating my blog posts to fun ideas/food/and traditions that have little or nothing to do with sugar.
